Communication and Participation Standards
We are happy that you are here! Thank you for reviewing these Communication & Participation Standards to help us ensure that we provide a great experience for all of our members.
Note: Within this document The Social Clique will also be referred to as Clique; this also refers to Clique 7, a branch of The Social Clique.
1. Facebook Group. Members of The Social Clique have exclusive access to The Social Clique Facebook group administered by Rachel Pedersen and RBP Productions, Inc. representatives. The Facebook group serves as a primary hub of communication for the Clique and is a very active group. Clique members have access to see all posts from Rachel, her team, and other Clique members. Clique members are allowed to go live in the group. As you engage with Rachel and Clique members on the site, please practice awareness of these considerations:
a. Keep posts brief, when possible. As busy business owners, we value each other’s time.
b. Keep posts focused. If you have several questions, it may be good to parse them out into separate posts so people can share answers concisely around a particular question or topic and people can participate based on their interests or areas of expertise.
c. Keep posts positive. Challenge yourself to speak in solution-oriented terms. Everyone has difficult clients and situations, and our goal is to address the challenges with approaches to turn the situation around, rather than provide a forum for “bad client stories.” Share enough detail to help people understand the situation for which you’re seeking help/advice, but resist the temptation to spill the tea with value judgments, name dropping, etc.
d. Do the research first. If you are in need of a Clique resource (in the FB group or on The Portal), we encourage you to do your best to find it or send an email to the Clique concierge at clique@rachelpedersen.com rather than post a “where is this post” in the group. While it’s true that the post may help others find the resource, too, it also generally means that Rachel or other Clique members will be spending time searching for the resource to provide access to you, taking multiple people away

from other business-building efforts. Our Clique concierge team knows the resources well and will provide the information as quickly as they can.
2. Infringing Content. You are prohibited from posting anything that is threatening, objectionable, illegal, obscene, defamatory (to us or anyone else), invasive of privacy or intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to us or third parties.
3. User Generated Content License. You agree that any content you post, share or submit to us at RBP Productions, Inc. via this group or forum, which includes comments, reviews, photos, or other content, i.e. “User Generated Content,” will not be subject to any expectation of privacy, trust, or confidence between us and that no confidential, fiduciary or other relationship is intended or created between you and us. If you post any such content, intentionally or unintentionally, you are granting us a License in said content, and we and any others we designate from time to time shall have unrestricted rights to use the Content for any and all purposes whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without any further permission from or any payment to you or anyone else. This includes rights to use the name that you submit, along with any other name by which you are known, in connection with the User-Generated Content.
4. Access Not Guaranteed. Please be aware that we may close the group at any time, including if the 3rd party host platform changes its terms or we find an alternate platform that we prefer. But we are under no obligation to provide access to this group on this particular platform now or in the future.
5. Peer Communication. Some of the most powerful “deliverables” of membership in The Social Clique are the relationships you will develop with other Clique members. Here are some guidelines to remember as you develop those relationships:
a. Everyone in the Clique offers paid services and is building a business. Clique members may choose to offer their time/ideas/services to other Clique members for free but no one should expect someone to do so. We follow Rachel’s example of being “open-handed” but know that there are members who are working to build their business and need to focus only on paid clients in any given season.
b. Strive to give as much as you receive. If you request help or information from Clique members, make it your goal to offer help or information, either in return or on a pay- it-forward basis. All members are expected to be contributors, not just consumers.
c. Conflicts may arise. We are all humans and there may be times when there are differences of opinion, divergence of values, or outright disagreement. Our standard is to address situations one-to-one, whenever possible. If you are unable to address a peer directly to resolve an issue, you may reach out to the Clique concierge at clique@rachelpedersen.com to seek assistance. You may be directed to Rachel, a team member, or a coach, to assist with the situation.

i. In the event of a dispute between Clique members that escalates to litigation between them, membership will be suspended for all involved parties. Upon resolution, membership reinstatement may be considered.
d. Bullying and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Public posts with aggressive or accusatory tone may be removed at the discretion of the administrator. If you receive private communication that is threatening or overly aggressive, report it to the Clique concierge at clique@rachelpedersen.com for further investigation. RBP Productions, Inc. will not be responsible for any 3rd party posts made within the group.
e. The Clique is not a forum to persuade anyone to any particular philosophical, political, or moral viewpoint. When you see a post you disagree with, you are free to keep scrolling. Please limit your political posts to your own social media platforms.
f. The primary guideline for Clique communication is to care for and support one another. If we do this, all of the above will be unnecessary.
g. Removal. The online community associated with the Services is intended to be a supportive, respectful and positive community for all involved.
Communicating disrespectfully to any other members of the group constitutes grounds for removal from the Clique and any associated online forum, which decision shall be in the sole discretion of the Company.
6. Suggestions and Ideas. Suggestions and ideas for making The Social Clique experience better for everyone are always welcome. We ask that you communicate these ideas in writing via the Clique concierge at clique@rachelpedersen.com. In order to create a safe and focused environment at live training events and during online training, please refrain from sharing operational feedback in these public forums unless you have previously discussed your idea(s) with an authorized RBP Productions, Inc. team member and have been asked to share.
7. Confidentiality, Trust, and Respect. As The Social Clique grows, we will work together to maintain an intimate, family-like atmosphere built upon trust and respect for one another. To that end, it is critical that we treat everything in The Social Clique experience – conversations, information, tools, documents, resources, training, etc. – as confidential. You may share your enthusiasm, your results from applying the training, your “aha” moments, and stories about your growth freely! If you are uncertain about whether your considered use of content from The Social Clique is appropriate, please reach out to the Clique concierge at clique@rachelpedersen.com.
8. Disclaimers. We at RBP Productions, Inc. are not responsible for the host platform’s terms or privacy policy, including any future modifications thereto. If you post personal information, it is subject to the host platform’s privacy policy (which we do not control).
